Lussa Bay
Sheltered from all except southerly winds.
Give the promontory at the northern entrance to the loch a wide berth. The tide runs strongly across the entrance.
The bottom is flat and clean with good holding. The shore shoals very gradually, and extends a long way, which can be deceptive at high water.
Be careful where you put your feet, you never know what you might step on .. in this case it's an oystercatcher's egg just above the strand line:
